Athletes will continue their journey during our in-class, on-boarding program. This will allow you to learn CrossFit specific movements and Olympic Lifts in a class setting. Each workout will be modified for your current ability and comfort level. You will be able to move at your own pace while receiving all of the benefits of a group class environment. Plus, you will have the support of an outstanding community.
