WOD:

Complete as many Rounds and Repetitions as possible in 14 minutes:

3 – 6 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 21 . . . +3’s of:

Wall Ball Shots #20/14

*After every round, complete 5 Box Jumps #30/24

FORMAT:

  • As an example, complete 3 Wall Ball Shots, then 5 Box Jumps, then 6 Wall Ball Shots, then 5 Box Jumps….etc.
  • Today, we would like you to use a higher height on the Box Jump than you normally would. Challenge yourself but remain safe. Add plates if needed.
