30 Double Under’s

20 Push-ups

10 Kettlebell Snatches (10 each hand) #53/35

Scale for DU’s:

1) If you can complete Double Under’s, lower the total amount of repetitions per round.

2) If you are working on completing/mastering Double Under’s in workouts, scale to max attempts in 45 seconds (per round).

3) If you do not have Double Under’s, scale and complete 60 Single Unders (per round).
