“Death By Clean and Jerk”

With a continuously running clock do one Clean and Jerk the first minute, two Clean and Jerks the second minute, three Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

“Death By Pull-up”

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

The goal of this workout is to climb the ladder as high as possible. Don’t choose a weight that will eliminate you after 5 minutes!
