+CrossFit Hamilton will be closed on Labor Day, Monday September, 7th.
+We will be testing a 9am Saturday morning class (along with the 10am class) beginning September 12th. RSVP will be available on WodHopper by this weekend! This will help reduce the class size at the 10am class. Both classes will be reduced from 25 to a 16-18 person cap size.

A1: Build to a 1 Rep Max Hang Power Clean
A2: Drop to 70-80% and Build to 3 sets of 10 reps Hang Power Cleans.
The purpose of A2 is for use in your metcon “WOD’s.” By establishing a “10 rep max” you will better be able to decide whether or not a weight is too light, too heavy or just about right in a workout.
