Foundations Course:
All new members must complete the Foundations Course before starting with the group training.
Whether you’re a pro athlete, generally active, or haven’t worked out in a while, CrossFit is for you and The Foundations Course is where to start. The Foundations Course consists of 6 training sessions with our top level Coaches.
The Course is designed to bring you up to speed on the foundations of CrossFit; the form and technique of our movements, philosophy behind the CrossFit Program, and Nutrition Strategies we use to get incredible results.
During these six sessions your coaches will ramp up the intensity based on your ability, and assess your movements to create a personalized mobility program to improve your flexibility, performance, and safety.
At CrossFit Hamilton we work hard and have a great time doing it! The community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the workouts are extremely rewarding. There’s no reason to be nervous. This was new to all of us at some point!
Have you been doing CrossFit at another Affiliate? If you have been training at another CF affiliate, you may be able to forgo the Foundations program depending on your ability and level of fitness.
Foundational group classes meet twice a week for 3 weeks . If one week you happen to miss a class, don’t worry, there will be a make up session for both Morning or Night classes on Saturdays at 10am.
Lastly, if you are unable to attend either the Morning or Night group Sessions due to your schedule, or wish to complete an accelerated version of our foundations program which is just 2 short weeks private sessions will be available. Please contact Dave for scheduling. bonannifitness@gmail.com
Pricing:
$175 to participate in 6 class sessions.
$225 for privates, scheduled at our convenience. There will be a 2 person minimum for the classes, otherwise privates will have to be scheduled.
