    • Lower the repetitions per round to complete in 3 sets or less
    • Scale to jumping pull-ups for today’s WOD

    • Lower the repetitions per round to complete in 2 sets or less
    • Lower the weight if needed
  • SDLHP
    • Lower the repetitions per round to complete in 2 sets or less
    • Lower the weight if needed
  • Run
    • Scale to Bike/Row if cannot run.
    • Sub 15 Cals on Bike / Row
