FORMAT:

*Athletes will get as far as they can in the above triplet in the allotted time.

*Athletes will reset at the beginning of each triplet. 

SCALING/RECOMMENDED TIME CAPS:

*Sub :40 seconds of work for 50 Double Under’s

*Hand Release Push-ups should take no longer than :90 seconds – 2 minutes.

*You may not get to the Toes to Bar on the first Triplet.
