FORMAT:

*Stagger start heats to provide enough spacing/equipment/safe conditions. 

*Use a box that is higher than normal. OR add some plates to the height that you normally use.

SCALING:

*Scale HSPU:

  1. Attempts in 3 minutes
  2. Kick up to wall / max attempts in 3 minutes
  3. Use Box from Box Jumps to do Pike HSPU off box.
