*Attempting 17.4 again? You will have another opportunity on Monday night from 4-7:30pm. Please secure a judge and utilize the main side of the gym. 

*Open Gym access only if space available. CrossFit Class and Open Redo takes precedent.

WOD:

With a Partner, on a 15 minute Running Clock, Complete 5 Sets Each, 10 Total. 

In a :90 second window, complete:

10 / 8 Calorie Bike OR 12/10 Calorie Row

12 Dumbbell Thrusters #50/35

Then

Max Burpees in the remaining time

*Score is Total Burpees as a Team. Keep a running total.

FORMAT:

*You Go, I Go format.

*You should be able to Burpee hard for 30 seconds before switching with your partner.

*Dumbbell Thrusters should be unbroken.

*If there are more than 12 Athletes in class, use Rowers also.
