FORMAT:

*Stagger start if more than 10 athletes in class.

*Bring a wrist watch!

*2 miles= 4 medium laps. 

SCALING:

*Scale Volume if needed. For example, this workout will still be very challenging if you scale to:

1k, 100 DU’s, 1 Mile Run

*Scale Double Under’s to 4 min. MAX Attempts or Single’s. 

*If you cannot run, scale to another 2k row.
