10-8-6-4-2 Clean and Jerks #115/75

FORMAT:

Complete 20 CTB Pull-ups and then 10 Clean and Jerks. 16 CTB Pull-ups and 8 Clean and Jerks. Etc.

SCALING:

*For those who have muscle ups, sub ring or bar muscle ups for CTB Pull-ups. Cut the reps in half. Complete 10-8-6-4-2 Muscle ups.

*CTB Pull-up Scale: Scale to regular pull-ups
