FORMAT:

  • Two different style AMRAP’s that may very well appear in the 2018 CrossFit Open.
  • The First AMRAP is an ascending ladder with a heavier weight on the barbell.
  • The Second AMRAP is quite possibly the worst number of reps (12) for two challenging movements. Further, the Thrusters are light enough for you to go unbroken each set!
