FORMAT:

*Partner 1 completes both reps of the Toes to Bar and Squat Snatch, then Partner 2 completes both. For example, Partner 1 completes 1 Toes to Bar and 1 Squat Snatch. Partner 2 then completes 1 Toes to Bar and 1 Squat Snatch. Then P1 does 2 TTB and 2 Snatch, P2 does 2 TTB and 2 Snatch….Climb as high as possible in 12 minutes.

SCALING:

*Scale Toes to Bar to Hanging Knee Raise

*Scale Squat Snatch to Power Snatch if unable to perform Squat Snatch
