WOD:

3 sets:

In a 3 minute window, complete:

200m Row

40 Air Squats

Max Power Cleans #135/95

Rest 2 min. between each set.

FORMAT:

*Treat the row as a max effort. 

*Score is # of Power Cleans each round.

*If more than 10 athletes in class, split group in half and second group begins on a delayed clock, approximately 1 min. in.

Athlete 1 Time Management:

Work 0 – 3 , Rest 3 – 5

Work 5 – 8, Rest 8 – 10

Work 10 – 13. Rest/WOD Over 

Athlete 2 Time Management: (Delayed clock ~1 min)

Work 1 – 4 , Rest 4 – 6

Work 6 – 9, Rest 9 – 11

Work 11 – 14. Rest/WOD Over 

*There should be no issues if run this way.

SCALING:

*Scale reps so you have at least (minimum) 30 seconds to complete Power Cleans.
