This workout is very similar to what we have seen in past years during the CrossFit Open.
Ascending Ladder by 3 reps:
10 Minute AMRAP
3 Power Cleans #115/75
3 Shoulder to Overhead
6 Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead
9 Power Cleans
9 Shoulder to Overhead
Continuing on by 3s until time is called.
*The 9:30 Class will be going in 2-3 heats. Please arrive on time and plan to stay approximately 15 minutes past the hour. We opened this class to 25. Please RSVP on WodHopper
