WOD:

 

With a partner, complete 5 sets each (10 sets total) of:

10 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

20/15 Calorie Row

FORMAT:

 

*Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell movements.

*1-2 sets of dumbbells per team.

*The 10 HPC and 10 Thrusters should be unbroken, meaning you should be able to hold onto the dumbbells for the entire 20 reps.
