WOD:

Part 1:

Build to a 5 rep max Squat Clean

Part 2:

2012 CrossFit Open WOD 12.1

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

Burpees

This workout begins from a standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.

FORMAT:

  • Part 1 can be touch and go if desired OR quick singles
  • See 11/30/15 for last 5rm Squat Clean!
