Part 2:

B1: 1 Arm Dumbbell Press 3 sets x 8 reps each arm (See Video)

B2: Ring Row 3 sets x 12-15  (See Video)

Rest 75 seconds b/t exercises. 


*Build to a 5 rep max.

*Choose a weight that is challenging for Part 2.
