B) 5 Rounds for Time:

5 Squat Cleans #185/125

5 Muscle Ups

*Sub 10 CTB Pull-ups + 10 Push-ups for the 5 Muscle Ups

*The weight for the Squat Cleans on B should be roughly 70-80% of A. This weight should be very challenging.
