FORMAT:

  • Substitute 25-20-15-10-5 GHD Sit-ups for Abmat Sit-ups IF you are experienced on the GHD and have done this type of volume before. ***Coaches discretion
  • Take Front Squat from the rack.
    • The weight should be ~70% or higher of your 1 rep max Front Squat.
  • Whiteboard: Total Time / Weight used for Front Squat
