WOD:

On a 17 Minute Running Clock,

Three rounds of:
Row (Calories)
Abmat Sit-ups (Reps)
Dumbbell Power Cleans #50/35 (Reps)
Toes to Bar (Reps)
Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunges #50/35 (Reps)
Rest 1 min.
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.

FORMAT:

  • 1 Set of Dumbbells Per Athlete.
  • Whiteboard: Keep a running total PER round.
    • You should have three scores at the end of the class
