FORMAT:

*Check back to 5/26/15.

*24 minute cap

*1 barbell per athlete

SCALING:

*Scale Reps to complete each movement and prescribed repetitions in under 4 minutes.

*Scale movements to 4 minutes max of work if cannot complete total amount of allotted work. i.e. 100 reps, 50 reps, etc.
