EMOM x 21 minutes

Minute 1: 15-20 Wall Ball Shots #20/14

Minute 2: 15-20 Calorie Row

Minute 3: 12-15 Toes To Bar

Repeat

FORMAT:

*The goal is to precisely work for about 45-50 seconds, allowing for 5 seconds of transition time to start the next movement. 

*I would suggest starting on the lower end of the range of reps and building (+1, +2) over the course of the 21 minutes.

*To maximize space, have athletes begin at different movements.
