“CARRDDIIOOOO”

Every Minute on the Minute x 21 Minutes (7 Sets): 

Minute 1: 18/15 Cal Row

Minute 2: 12/10 Cal Bike

Minute 3: 50 Double Under’s

 

FORMAT:

*The goal is to spend no more than :50 seconds on each exercise each minute. Time-cap yourself to complete whatever work you can achieve within that time.
