Part 1:

Clean 1 Rep

  • Build to a heavy single in 15 minutes
    • Squat Clean

Part 2:

Clean Pull

  • 5 Sets of 6 Reps @90% of Part 1.

Part 3:

Power Clean @80% of Part 1.

  • 1 Rep Every 45 seconds x 10 sets.
