*This workout should be completed in under 18 minutes.

*HSPU should be completed in no more than 2-3 sets and in less than 2 minutes per round.

SCALING:

*Substitute Hand Release Push-ups, Dumbbell Push Press or Pike Push-ups on Box for HSPU.
