- For Part 1, Build to a 5 repetition max
- For Part 2, goal is to complete each round in around 2 minutes such that you get 1 minute of rest because the next round.
- Thrusters – need to be unbroken!! Decrease weight if needed
- Toes to Bar – need to be unbroken!! Decrease reps if needed or scale movement
- Assault Bike – needs to be fast! Decrease calories so you have a chance to rest before the next round.
