Part 1:

Back Squat

Part 2:

Every 3 Minutes x 5 Sets, Complete:

6 Thrusters #135/95

9 Toes to Bar

12 Calorie Assault Bike

NOTES:

  • For Part 1, Build to a 5 repetition max
  • For Part 2, goal is to complete each round in around 2 minutes such that you get 1 minute of rest because the next round.
    • Thrusters – need to be unbroken!! Decrease weight if needed
    • Toes to Bar – need to be unbroken!! Decrease reps if needed or scale movement
    • Assault Bike – needs to be fast! Decrease calories so you have a chance to rest before the next round.
