In teams of 2, perform 5 alternating sets each of: (10 total sets)
10 Back Squats #225/155
21/15 Calorie Row

Perform each set as fast as possible.  You rest while your partner works.

FORMAT:

*The Back Squat is taken from the rack. 

*The goal is to perform the 10 Back Squats unbroken.

*Back Squat weight should be roughly 50-60% of your 1 rep max.

*Find a partner who is closest in Back Squat weight to you. Weights can be changed if needed.

*21 Cals for the Guys/15 Cals for the Ladies. MAX EFFORT!!!

*Each set should take no longer than 2 minutes.
