  • What would The Open be without a new shirt designed by the lovely Carlyn.
    Men’s and women’s available. Please complete the google doc (FACEBOOK), complete the form on the chalkboard at the gym or message Karen Lavallen.
  • NOTE: women’s are listed as FITTED so order accordingly.
  • Shirts are $25 and will need to be paid by cash or check. Please give to myself or place in the black box in a marked envelope.
  • Orders DUE BY FEBRUARY 7th.

Tabata, 8 Sets:

:20 on / :10 off

  • Assault Bike
  • Slam Ball
  • Abmat Sit-up

Rest 1 min. between each movement

FORMAT:

  • See last week, 1/30/18 for your 3 rep max
  • See two weeks ago, 1/22/18 for your 5 rep max
  • For Part 2, finish the entire Tabata for EACH movement before advancing to next.
