30 Power Cleans #95/65

From 10 to 20, complete:

100 Double Under’s

30 Wall Balls #20/14

20 Power Cleans #135/95

From 20 to completion, complete:

100 Double Under’s

30 Wall Balls #20/14

10 Power Cleans #185/125

FORMAT:

  • Each Triplet should only take 4-5 minutes, allowing for 5-6 minutes of rest!
  • Choose a weight for the Wall Ball Shots that allows you to go unbroken!
  • Choose a weight for the Power Cleans that is challenging but gives you the opportunity to do some barbell cycling
    • Recommended:
      • #95/65 – 3 – 5 sets
      • #135/95 – 3 – 5 sets
      • #185/125 – 2 – 3 sets

SCALING:

  • Double Under’s
    • Complete Max Double Under Attempts in 1 minute!
    • Complete Max Single Under’s in 1 minute!
    • Keep practicing Double Under’s
