FORMAT:

*Row 1,000m at a Max Effort. Rest the duration of the 15 minute block. 

*At minute 15 on the clock, everybody completes “Fran” until finished or until time cap @ 25 minute mark.

*Two Scores: 1,000m Row & “Fran.”
