WOD:

Rowing Intervals

5 x 500m

Rest 3 minutes after each set. 

-Hard, consistent pace. 

-Record each set

ACCESSORY:

-If time permits OR can be completed after class if space is accessible.

Strict Pull-ups

5 x 10 reps

-If 10 reps is easy, add weight

-Use band if needed
