Every 4 minutes x 3 Sets of:
Max Power Snatches #75/55 in the remaining time
- Build to a heavy unbroken complex for Part 1
- Take 10-12 minutes to build
- There is no prescribed rest in part 2.
- Row 250m should not exceed ~1 min.
- Run 200m should not exceed ~1 min.
- You should have ~2 minutes for Power Snatches
