Part 1:

Complete a Heavy Complex of:

Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat

Part 2:

Every 4 minutes x 3 Sets of:

Row 250m

Run 200m

Max Power Snatches #75/55 in the remaining time

WOD NOTES:

  • Build to a heavy unbroken complex for Part 1
  • Take 10-12 minutes to build
  • There is no prescribed rest in part 2.
    • Row 250m should not exceed ~1 min.
    • Run 200m should not exceed ~1 min.
    • You should have ~2 minutes for Power Snatches
