  • 3 x 12 Barbell Rollouts
  • Partner Up and Accumulate 50-75 GHD Hip Extensions each!

WOD NOTES:

  • For Part 1, you will complete as many rounds as possible of 7 PC and 7 PJ in the 3 minutes. You will then rest 1 minute and complete 4 more rounds.
  • 1 Barbell for Part 1.
  • Target is 3+ rounds for each AMRAP.
