15 Box Jumps #24/20

30/25 Calorie Row

FORMAT:

*Each round (15 DL, 15 BJ, 30/25 Cal Row) should take no longer than 2-2:30. 

*Athletes should have a goal of performing the DL unbroken. 

*1 barbell per partnership.
