With a Partner, alternate rounds and complete 5 rounds each (10 total) of:

7 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters w/ Dumbbells

14 Box Jump Overs #24/20

21 Double Under’s

FORMAT:

*Each round should take no more than 1- 1:30.

*Choose a challenging weight for the Squat Clean Thruster. #45/30 is a good prescription. 

*Partners can have different dumbbells if needed.

SCALING:

*Spend 30 seconds on Double Under attempts of singles.
