*CFH Potluck Dinner and Culinary Throw-down. All CFH Members and their families are invited to join us for a potluck dinner and food competition. Bring a dish to share or enter for judging or both! Prizes will be awarded for best appetizer, side dish,  entree and dessert. Event will be BYOB. Please RSVP on the google doc that was posted to the Facebook group OR the sign up sheet at the gym. Front Squat #165/115

Chest to Bar Pull-ups

FORMAT:

*Front Squat is from the ground. 

*You should be able to hold sets of 5 for the Front Squat. Build to a weight in the warm-up that will  allow for this.

SCALING:

*Scale CTB Pull-ups to Ring Muscle Ups or Bar Muscle Ups. Change the rep scheme to:

10-6-2-6-10 for the Ring or Bar Muscle Ups only.
