A) Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy Deadlift. You shouldn’t necessarily go for a PR/new 1 Rep Max. If you have accurate Deadlift #’s, this build should be to approximately 80-90% of your TRUE and CURRENT 1 rep max. Otherwise, build to something that feels heavy and allows for you to maintain proper technique. Use this for Part B.
B) 15 minute AMRAP:
2o Double Unders
1 Deadlift (As Heavy as Possible) See Part A for Weight
