30 min. EMOM

Min. 1: 30 Double Unders

Min. 2: 10 Burpees

Min. 3: 15 Kettlebell Swings #53/35

Min. 4: 30 Double Unders

Etc.

-Feel free to increase reps on either of the exercises as time goes on. For example, if you continue to complete 10 burpees in 30 seconds, increase the reps to 12, 13, 14, 15. Same for Double Under’s and Swings.

-Today is a volume building day.
