“Murph” on Saturday!

Info for MURPH this Saturday:
9:00 am – Group Warm Up
9:15 am – 1st Heat Start 
10:00 am – 2nd Heat Start

We can start grilling after the athletes from the first heat recover. We will have at least one grill but if someone else could bring one too that would be really helpful! Looks like we have a lot of beer and alcohol, but we could use chicken, burgers, sides, or condiments. Try to bring a cooler for your drinks too if you can.

So pumped that we have over 40 athletes tackling this Hero WOD again this year!

21 Double Unders

15 Wall Ball Shots #20/14

9 Kettlebell Swings #70/53

6 Handstand Push-ups (Use deficit if needed)

Please put j hooks on the inside of the pull-up rig while performing wall balls.
