20 min. AMRAP

Run 200m

then,

3 Rounds of:

5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

10 Hand Release Push-ups

15 Abmat Sit-ups

*Sub 5 Bar Muscle Ups for Pull-ups

Run 200m and compete 3 rounds of above triplet. Repeat this for 20 minutes.
