Handstand Push-ups

*Sub 9 – 7 – 5 Muscle Ups for 21 – 15 – 9 Pull-ups

*Scales for HSPU

1) Scale Reps first. If you can perform HSPU, still do them. (2 Abmat’s at most) 

2) Substitute Dumbbell Strict Press or Hand Release Push-ups 

-Continue to work overhead pressing strength pre and post workout in order to get closer to HSPU
