Deadlift

3-3-3-3-3

*Build to a heavy 3 reps.

*Record your 3 rep max

ACCESSORY:

Barbell Rows 4 x 10 (Build in weight, do not exceed #135)

Superset with

Squat Jumps 4 x 15

*Perform 10 reps of a Barbell Row then immediately go into 15 Squat Jumps. 

**Rest as needed between sets.

**Ensure proper squat depth and opening of hips during Squat Jumps.
