Deadlift

*Build to a heavy 1 rep.

*Record your 1 rep max

ACCESSORY:

Good Mornings 3 x 10 (Build in weight, do not exceed #135)

Superset with

Box Jumps 3 x 10 (Step Down) (As High as Possible)

*Perform 10 reps of a Good Morning then immediately go into 10 Box Jumps and step downs. 

**Rest as needed between sets.

Accessory work can be performed at/on the auxiliary side of the gym if exceeding class time.
