Minute 1: Dumbbell Push Press x 10-15

Minute 2: Calorie Row for 45 seconds

Minute 3: 5-7 Muscle Ups OR 7-10 Pull-Ups


*Increase OR Decrease reps as needed throughout workout.

*Pick a challenging weight for the Push Press.

*Teammates start at different movements.

DB PP moves to Row, Row moves to MU or PU and MU and PU moves to DB PP.
