Min. 1- 15 / 12 Calorie Row
Min. 2- 12 Burpees
Min. 3- 10 Overhead Squats 135/95
Min. 4- 30 Double Unders
Min. 5- Repeat 1, Min. 6- Repeat 2, etc.
+Scales reps accordingly to fit roughly 45-50 seconds of total work within the minute.
+If more than 10 Athletes, stagger starts. For example, first group starts on rower at minute 1 and second group starts on rower at minute 2.
