CrossFit Hamilton's High School Strength & Conditioning Training is designed for High School athletes who are in the off season and/or in season, looking to try something new, or simply wanting to workout with their friends in a fun and energy-driven atmosphere. Training options include Individual Lessons as well as Team/Group Sessions. Each class is instructed by an experienced Coach who has a lot of experience in training and preparing student athletes for their sport. Classes generally consist of a strength program as well as a conditioning program.
High School Athletes have consistently found that after regularly attending classes at CrossFit Hamilton, that a multitude of skills have improved. Skills such as strength, power, speed, coordination, and cardio respiratory endurance have greatly increased. At CrossFit Hamilton, we pride ourselves on teaching safe movement mechanics and requiring athletes to demonstrate proper technique before significant load and intensity is added.
