FORMAT:

  • There is no programmed rest for the above aside from the 3 minute break between couplets.
  • Shoulder to Overhead should be completed in 1-2 sets, leaving at least 1 minute for Box Jumps.
    • Leave 10 seconds to transition back to the barbell for subsequent rounds.
    • Score is total number of Box Jumps for the entire workout
  • Toes to Bar should be completed in 1-2 sets, leaving over 1 minute for Front Squats.
    • Leave 10 seconds to transition back from barbell to rig for subsequent rounds.
    • Score is total number of Toes to Bar for the entire workout
