2 x 1 min. (Rest 1 min. in between)

2 x 45 sec. (Rest 45 sec. in between)

2 x 30 sec. (Rest 30 sec. in between)

*Increase weight as desired!

*Work with a partner for assistance in placing weight on back for planks
